FPCTP Reports

According to the Florida Postsecondary Comprehensive Transition Program Act (the Act) (FS 1004.6495), an eligible institution with an approved FPCTP shall submit an annual report to the Center which, at a minimum, for the prior academic year, addresses the following performance indicators:

  • Efforts to recruit students in the FPCTP and the number of students enrolled in the program.
  • Efforts to retain students in the FPCTP and the retention rate of students in the program.
  • As applicable, the completion rate of students enrolled in the FPCTP and related courses.
  • Transition success of students who complete the FPCTP, as measured by employment rates and salary levels one year and five years after completion.
  • Other performance indicators identified by the Center.
  • Utilize the cloning functionality available in the FCSUA Community that allows copying report information from the previous year, making it easier to complete the report. However, FPCTPs must revise and update the data to reflect the most current program information before submitting it to the Center.

Annual Report - Program Information

All FPCTPs will submit a Program Information report every year by July 1, despite having an approved FPCTP grant. FPCTPs will receive automatic email reminders a month before the due date. However, programs can start working on their program information report when the data is available.

This report will include questions regarding performance indicators such as recruitment efforts and completion rates, credentials offered during the year, FPCTP staff information, and peer mentors.

Annual Report - Student Information

All FPCTPs admitting students will submit a student information report for each student enrolled in the program despite the student receiving scholarships. These reports are due August 1 every year. FPCTPs can start working on the student reports when the Center approves the Program Information report.

This report will collect information on student's demographics, enrollment status, target completion date, credential status, employment experience during the program, and information upon program completion.

FPCTPs will receive automatic email reminders a month before the due date. However, FPCTPs can start working on the student reports when the Center approves the Program Information report.

Graduate Follow-up Reports

Once the students complete the program requirements, the FPCTP will follow up on their graduates for five years. The graduate follow-up reports are due August 1. FPCTPs will receive automatic email reminders a month before the due date. However, programs can start working on their graduate follow-up report when the data is available.

This report collects information such as employment status, salary, work hours, employer, career field, benefits, and residential status.
